For B2B revenue teams

Send every prospect to the right rep, on the first click.

Peak Scheduler matches an inbound lead to their existing owner or a round-robin pool, books against live Microsoft 365 availability, and writes the meeting back to HubSpot — without a single round of calendar tennis.

Everything between the form fill and the meeting.

Routing, real calendar availability and CRM writeback are one system, so a booking cannot be made against a slot that is no longer free.

  • Microsoft 365 calendars

Connect each rep's mailbox once. Delta sync and change subscriptions keep availability current, so an offered slot reflects the calendar as it stands right now.

  • Routing rules and pools

Match a prospect to the rep who already owns them, or distribute across a round-robin pool scoped by department. Rules decide who; the calendar decides when.

  • Concierge inbound booking

Drop peak.js onto the marketing form you already have. It intercepts the submit and opens a booking calendar in place, falling back to a redirect where the widget cannot run.

  • Handoff between reps

A rep books a prospect onto another rep's calendar — scheduled for later, or live while still on the call. Available in the admin panel, in HubSpot, and in Chrome.

  • HubSpot writeback

OAuth token lifecycle, webhook ingestion, and writeback for bookings, reschedules and no-shows. The CRM stays the record of what actually happened.

  • Your own domain

Point a hostname you own at Peak Scheduler and every booking link, calendar invite and CRM link uses it. Certificates are provisioned and renewed for you.

Three steps to your first routed meeting.

Setup is configuration, not integration work. Everything below happens in the admin panel.

  1. Connect your calendar

Sign in with Microsoft 365 and connect each rep's mailbox. Peak Scheduler keeps availability current from then on, so it always offers slots that are genuinely free.

  2. Define your routing

Set the rules that decide who owns an inbound prospect, and the round-robin pools that catch everyone else. Add your business hours and holidays to bound when meetings can land.

  3. Share your link

Publish a booking link for each meeting type, or drop peak.js onto the marketing form you already have. Every booking writes back to HubSpot on its own.

Stop losing meetings to the back-and-forth.

We will walk through your routing rules, your calendars and your HubSpot setup, and tell you honestly whether Peak Scheduler fits.
